We offer worldwide shipping via UPS, with insurance on every package for your peace of mind. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time depends on your country or region and typically ranges between 2 ~ 8 business days. Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, you will be able to choose between the following shipping options at checkout:

• Ship together: All items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items becomes available. This option allows for a single shipping fee (or free shipping, if applicable).

• Ship separately: Available items will be shipped immediately, while pre-ordered items will be dispatched once they are ready, allowing you to receive in-stock products sooner. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to update.

Wrong address disclaimer
