Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before it ships.
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ovyenn.com with your order number.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refunds for Returned Items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the return and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Please check your bank or card account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to appear.

Then contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

Sale, clearance, or sample items

Items not in original condition, or damaged not due to our error

Items returned after 14 days from the date of delivery (per EU law)

Items missing parts not due to our error
