1. Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. We only use natural and undyed gemstones — no lab-grown stones, no chemical colorants.

2. Where are your gemstones from?
We source our stones from trusted miners and suppliers around the world.

3. Are your jewelry pieces original designs?
Yes. All of our pieces are original designs, starting from hand-drawn sketches and developed through intentional design.

4. Are your pieces handmade?
About 70% of the process is handmade. For more complex shapes, we use precision CNC carving (24–48 hours), followed by hand polishing and detailed manual finishing.

5. Why is Ovyenn jewelry meant for daily wear?
Our gemstones carry natural energies, and our designs are created with meaningful intentions. This combination strengthens the piece’s symbolism and energy. Wearing it daily helps you stay connected to your inner focus and energy.

6. What metal do you use?
We use high-quality 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. 925 silver is stronger and more resistant to oxidation than pure silver. The rhodium layer adds extra protection and a lasting shine.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free shipping from France to most countries in Europe, Asia, and the USA. For other regions, please contact us.

8. How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–3 days before shipping.

9. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

10. How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid knocks, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture exposure. Please do not wear your jewelry while showering or swimming. Daily wear usually keeps silver bright. If you don’t wear it for a while, clean the piece with our polishing cloth and store it in the sealed pouch we provide, away from air exposure.
