Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time depends on your country or region and typically ranges between 2 ~ 8 business days. Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, you will be able to choose between the following shipping options at checkout:

• Ship together: All items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items becomes available. This option allows for a single shipping fee (or free shipping, if applicable).

• Ship separately: Available items will be shipped immediately, while pre-ordered items will be dispatched once they are ready, allowing you to receive in-stock products sooner. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to update.
